Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something shows up broken, damaged, or just plain wrong, reach out to us right away at linseymizic@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized pieces are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Personalized commission pieces over $100.00 will require a 50% deposit of the total cost.
